純米吟醸酒「小菊」は、2016年に福岡県飯塚市にある創業150年を誇る酒蔵の新ブランドです。“料理に合うお酒”をコンセプトに、料理家・金高愛が米づくりからラベル貼りに至るまで丁寧にゆっくりと手間ひまをかけて造り上げました。「小菊」という名前のイメージとは異なる、どっしりとした味わいで、和食もちろん、洋食にもよく合います。

KOGIKU is a new brand of japanese sake that was born in 2016 at a Sake Brewery of 150 years foundation in Iizuka-ciry,Fukuoka prefecture. A cook・Ai Kanetaka spent time making rice from labeling,based on the concept of “sake to suit dishes”. It is a strong taste different from the image of the name. we hope to enjoy it with Italian,French,Spanish… as well as Japanese cuisine.
